Shipping Timeframes

• Premade products ship within 7 days of purchase.

• Preorder items ship within 42 business days from the order date.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback during the above shipping timeframes will be considered a violation of our store policy. If a chargeback is filed while your order is still within the stated processing window, we reserve the right to provide documentation to overturn the claim.

Customs & Import Fees
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges, duties, or taxes that may be applied by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
